Hi, I’m Godwin, an international leadership consultant with more than 20 years of experience in people management and team development and well-being.
For the last two decades I’ve been focused on teaching organisations to train their managers to lead with confidence and to create high-performing teams. I help with 1:1 coaching, training teams, giving keynotes and management training programmes tailored to their needs.

As an accredited NLP Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and DISC Master Trainer, I’m usually brought in when internal support has failed. My area of expertise is helping managers address difficult workplace issues, whether it’s motivating people, resolving conflict, addressing underperformance or conducting tough conversations. I not only resolve these problems; I upskill managers to deal with them well themselves.
